Bottega Veneta
1 / 30

After recently winning four 2019 British Fashion Awards, Daniel Lee gives us a look at Bottega Veneta's expansive Pre-Fall 2020 collection. This particular assortment of both menswear and womenswear is noticeably relaxed and playful, as Lee blends tailoring with streetwear sensibilities.

While black is largely the focal color throughout the collection, shades of turquoise, red, yellow, and pink serve to further liven up the garments. The new seasonal collection once again finds Lee playing with round, exaggerated shapes, as the house's signature woven intrecciato technique is applied to puffer jackets, in addition to various silhouettes crafted from leather and furs.

For those looking for something a bit more formal than the sportswear-inspired outerwear, Bottega Veneta offers luxe suiting and evening dresses, complemented with oversized chains, heeled sandals, and leather handbags. Additionally, complex layering and intricate details make the selection of leather silhouettes in particular a maximalist delight.
