Stüssy

Brand: Stüssy x Cactus Plant Flea Market

Season: Summer 2021

Key Pieces: The nifty "Stüss-C̈"-branded heart is quintessential CPFM but the all-over logo-printed work jacket and Big Ol' Jean in day-glo hues are the perfect all-year statement staple.

Buy: Stussy's website, chapter stores, and select Dover Street Market stores from 10 a.m. PST on June 25

Editor's Notes: Back in July 2019, Stüssy and Cactus Plant Flea Market dropped a pretty fun collection that neatly intertwined both brands' cheeky, graphic-first design cues. Two summers later, the duo is back in action, again focusing on bold imagery but expanding the lineup to include even more hot weather essentials.

This new joint effort caps a series of strong Stüssy collaborations, which recently included the rebirth of Stüssy's OG Nike Air Huarache and another Our Legacy tie-up. Cactus Plant Flea Market, meanwhile, has been keeping a relatively low profile since its latest Nike collaboration, though one can assume that a big Swoosh drop is reason enough to take it relatively easy.

As the temps heat up, so too does Stüssy and CPFM's apparel, with plenty of easy shirts and shorts on hand to allow for easy summer style. A short-sleeved shirt is a cute reminder of unity (each heart is printed with "üs") and matches a pair of pink shorts laden with a heart and co-branding. The shorts are available in black if you must tone down the look, and there are similarly muted tees and hoodies on hand for any conservative dresser. However, the lynchpins of the affair are a striking set that comprises a highlighter-hued jacket and jean realized with all-over branding to ensure maximum visual impact.
