Cardi B has said she hopes to bring out a new album this year, in an interview with Variety.

The rapper says "I'm really trying to put out an album... for this year." She continues, "There's big pressure on me. It's like, aw snap, what the hell am I gonna come up with?" Almost exactly one year ago, the rapper released her debut studio album, Invasion of Privacy. It recently went triple platinum, and won a Grammy for Best Rap Album.

Cardi says she doesn't know who will feature on her album yet, but that she's been working with "two guys" who she wants to put on her album. At the moment she's "not allowed" to reveal their names, but claims we'll find out who the relatively-unknown artists are in October. She then quickly adds, "I'm not saying my album will be out in October! But yeah, you will see why they're gonna be out in October." Watch the clip below.
