Legendary American brand College has unveiled a new style of boot that fuses two classic leather shoes, creating a hybrid silhouette that gets more interesting, the longer you look at it. College has combined details from the slip-on moccasin with elements from the iconic Chelsea boot.

The shoe features side elastic panels and a high-ankle bootie alongside a hand-sewn strap. The sole is made from leather and features blake stitching, which is where the shoe's upper is folded underneath the insole, and stitched into place with a single thread connecting the insole, the upper, and the outsole on the inside of the shoe.

While College is best known for its loafers, the footwear brand’s latest creation is an interesting take on the hybrid trend. Instead of combining formal and casual, though, College has doubled-down on the former. Take a look above and shop the boots below.
