After dissing Kanye West while on tour with Migos, Drake took a break from his hectic schedule to visit an 11-year-old fan, Sophia Sanchez, who's currently awaiting a heart transplant in Chicago at Lurie Children’s Hospital.

Sanchez and her cousin shared their own version of the popular "In My Feelings" challenge to the Lurie Children's Hospital YouTube channel, which you can view below. Then, in a separate clip, Sanchez asked Drake to pay her visit for her birthday.

Unbeknownst to Sanchez, Drake made the surprise visit after the videos posted of her doing the "In My Feelings" was shared on social media, as he happened to be in town over the weekend for his "Aubrey & The Three Migos" tour at the United Center.

Lurie Children’s Hospital captured the surprise in the featured video above, and Drake also shared photos to his Instagram of their meeting, with Sanchez rocking a Scorpion hat.

Now, in case you missed it, Drake might be developing a “God’s Plan” game show to possibly continue his act of kindness to help the needy.

Also, here’s where to cop Drake’s merch from the ‘Aubrey and the Three Migos’ tour.
