Editor's Notes: HELIOT EMIL, run by brothers Victor and Julius Juul, is a Copenhagen-based brand that launched in 2016. For its upcoming drop, the brand continues to explore the relationship between form and function, delivering a monochromatic collection that leans towards softer shapes and utilizes unconventional materials.

If you've viewed the video above, you'll understand why we're gassed about the collection's amorphous pants. The silver finish gives the appearance of liquid mercury, which feels appropriately futuristic for the new decade. The straight fit pants are composed of 60 percent polyester and 40 percent polyurethane with "HE" embroidery on the top left leg, two pockets on front and back, and a single button closure.

For styling, opt for an uncomplicated black thick knit sweater, or a shirt and tactical vest combination if you want to nail the HELIOT EMIL aesthetic. For footwear, look no further than Gao's exaggerated leather boots.

You pre-order HELIOT EMIL's SS20 collection below.
