Key Features: The shoe features a full-grain metallic leather upper with a slip-on design. Handcrafted in the US, the shoe also features a luxurious lambskin interior lining and footbed. A soft EVA midsole with a Vibram rubber outsole provide support and traction. Debossed HUF branding and the late Dylan Rieder’s insignia in gold foil adorns the insole.

Editor’s Notes: HUF is preparing to release the fourth edition of its Dylan Driver shoe to mark what would have been skateboarder and model Dylan Rieder’s 31st birthday on May 26.

Rieder was an influential skater, best known for his parts in Transworld Skateboarding's 2006 video A Time To Shine ,Alien Workshop’s 2009 video Mind Field, and Supreme's 2014 skate film cherry. He passed away in 2016 due to complications from leukemia.

The shoe is decked out with a luxe metallic leather upper and Vibram rubber outsole and is limited to just 150 pairs worldwide, retailing for $250. A portion of all proceeds will be donated to the Rieder family.

In addition to the release, HUF will commemorate Rieder’s life with a photography show in Los Angeles on May 24. All photos will be auctioned, with 100 percent of the proceeds going to City of Hope Treatment Center. Head here for more information and to RSVP.
