The theme of Juun. J’s Spring/Summer 2019 collection was “Alternative” and featured designs and silhouettes inspired by ’90s sportswear. There was also some heavy cable-knit sweaters, plaid two-pieces, transparent anoraks, and oversized silver jackets. One of the key looks for this season, a hooded windbreaker in a classic ’90s colorway (Slide 4) was embellished with cape-like sleeves that billowed out the back like a sail.
Other, more wearable highlights from the collection include a new tracksuit (Slide 8), with a lightly cropped top and extended, curved arms which gives the athletic style a more simian silhouette.
