What We’re Saying: Seoul-based brand KANGHYUK continues to prove it's one of Reebok's best collaborators with distinctive designs like the all-new Classic Leather SRS. Set to release later this week through Dover Street Market London, the latest collab between the familiar partners once again centers arounds airbags — yes, airbags.

Similar to last year's Zig Kinetica, KANGHYUK's upcycled Classic Leather is made using recycled airbags to lower the brand's carbon footprint and offer up a truly unique overall design in the process. The iconic Reebok sneaker is dressed entirely in red and is void of its usual text branding, albeit the signature Vector logo can still be deciphered on the side. Tonal stitching holds the slew of laser-cut airbag pieces in place all throughout the shoe, coming together to deliver somewhat of a patchwork design.

The exceedingly intricate design process has led KANGHYUK to release the Classic Leather SRS in just 25 pairs, exclusively through Dover Street Market London on August 6. Given the limited number and the delicate manufacturing technique, we'd say the $340 price tag is actually reasonable.

KANGHYUK's Classic Leather collab surfaces as the brand recently opened pre-orders for its standout Premier Road Modern Mid.
