The former home of Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love is currently on sale for $7.5 million. Cobain and Courtney Love bought the house in January 1994 and lived there with their daughter until Cobain died by suicide in the home's greenhouse in April 5 of that year.

Love tore down the greenhouse and then stayed at the property until 1997 when she sold it for $2.9 million. According to property records obtained by CNN, the 117-year-old house features 8,000 square feet and 0.74 acres of land and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms with a detached garage.

Unfortunately, there are no interior shots of the house, but the real estate listing promises that its a "perfectly maintained home of extraordinary presence."

Head over to the listing for more information and to images of the house's exterior.
