LEGO and adidas have teased a collaboration that has been rumored for quite some time: a co-branded ZX 8000. The sneaker was teased in a video (which you can check out below), showing a shoebox made completely out of LEGO pieces, as well as a partial look at the sneaker.

The LEGO x adidas Originals ZX 8000 will be part of adidas’ ongoing A-ZX project, which includes collaborations with Overkill, atmos, Sean Wotherspoon, and Juventus to name a few.

Predictably colorful, the collaborative sneaker’s palette pulls from the colors of LEGO pieces, featuring vivid pops of green, blue, yellow, and red.

No news yet on when the sneaker will be released, however, judging by the teaser, it should be soon. Stay tuned for any and all information regarding the LEGO x adidas Originals collab.

This release is part of adidas’ A-ZX program, a series of 26 ZX sneakers dropping throughout 2020-21. To see what’s dropped so far and what’s coming next, head here.
