Editor’s Notes: Lucien Clarke's groundbreaking deal with Louis Vuitton was announced back in August. Clare and Virgil Abloh each teased their new skate shoe, the first in Louis Vuitton's 166-year history. Last year Clarke teased an upcoming project with Virgil Abloh in an interview with Highsnobiety. “I’d like to think skateboarding and fashion is one entity," he said. "I’ve never seen it as separate worlds."
Evoking its '90s frontrunners, A View is constructed in technical textile and calf leather with reflective details. It features a framework of technical foam and polyurethane sole cushioning which allows the physical act of skating whenever and wherever the wearer sees fit.
