Editor’s Notes: Tennis star Naomi Osaka — who recently became the highest-paid female athlete ever — has teamed up with COMME des GARÇONS to release a collaborative take on the Nike Blazer. For her debut sneaker with the Swoosh, the three-time Grand Slam champion opted for a clean rendition of the silhouette that celebrates home.

The Naomi Osaka x COMME des GARÇONS x Nike Blazer is a nod to Osaka and CdG's Japanese heritage. Osaka gives the shoe a personal touch with her signature on the lateral heel and the phrase “Home is where the heart is” scrawled across the side in her handwriting.

The sneaker releases globally alongside a matching T-shirt today, December 5.
