Nike SB has once again teamed up with Minneapolis-based retailer Familia. With their latest collaboration the two tell a modern folk tale through footwear. The result is a collaborative Nike Dunk High Premium SB with a plethora of great details on both the upper and the lining and insole. "Delving into their midwestern heritage, the crew at Familia has taken the opportunity to reconnect with a beloved childhood yarn. Paul Bunyan, lumberjack of yore, plays a giant role in the American imagination but it’s the spirit and strength of Babe, Bunyan’s trusted blue ox, which informs the styling of Nike SB’s latest collaboration with this Minneapolis mainstay. Embossed synthetic leather paneling on the upper resembles the swirling texture of Babe’s hide while the black and red flannel collar provides a respectful nod to Babe’s burly tree-felling bro. Add an Ox horn swoosh & a custom embroidered emblem on the heel quarter & you have all the tall-tale origins required to grow a new sneaker legend."

The new Nike Dunk High Premium SB "Familia" will be released at select Nike SB accounts on July 4 for $120.
