Nike's Slimed-Out “Nocturnal” AF1 Skate Shoes Are Good (x2)
Nike SB's Air Force 1 era advances with a City Pack, which includes special spins from skate shoes around the world. Who's on the lineup, you may ask? Fly Streetwear (Shanghai), Ben-G (Amsterdam), Instant Skateboards (Tokyo), and Nocturnal (Philadelphia).
Nocturnal's collaboration arrives in this nice "Cool Grey/Court Green" colorway, with gold detailing and a phat logo stamped on the heel. It'll release exclusively at the Philly skate shop on October 17, complete with a special box and even chances to score a Friends and Family tee. But we can't all be in Philly, and we can't all successfully cop a pair. That's why Nike's bringing the Nocturnal skate shoe to the masses.
Well, sort of.
The brand will release an unbranded Air Force 1 skate shoe, featuring the same stylish color scheme and suede construction, but no special Nocturnal touches, sadly.
But honestly, even without the Nocturnal touch, these skate-able Forces still look very good. It'll fit right in amongst the other great color options like the Yuto Horigome pairs and the chocolate-brown iterations.
Retailing for $120, Nike SB's Nocturnal-free Air Force 1 sneakers will drop on Nike's SNKRS app on October 27.
