Nike’s Skate-able Tennis Sneaker Look Absolutely Regal
The US Open may be over, but the skate park is open. Nike SB has returned with yet another Tennis Classic skate shoe, this time dressed in "Purple Dynasty." And let's say: the results are absolutely regal.
Nike's Zoom Tennis Classic features creamy suede uppers and a leather Swoosh on the side, all washed in this dark purple colorway. Meanwhile, the Zoom Air-cushioned soles are blacked out, keeping the design quiet even underfoot.
It's another nice colorway for the skate-able tennis sneaker, which is having a comeback this year. Nike has shown lots of love to the model in recent months, releasing nice color options like "Deep Pewter" and even an XL-sized "Baroque Brown" pair.
The "Purple Dynasty" is a pretty simple colorway, but that's what makes the it good. Even in its days on the tennis court, the Nike Tennis Classic didn't have to do much, design-wise, to be great. The beauty is its simplicity (not to sound cliché, but it's true).
