Following the release of our partnered video with Prada Eyewear, we now get a closer look at the Prada Linea Rossa eyewear collection with a lookbook modeled by Dany Dos Santos (aka @Alkarus), Creative Director of Drôle de Monsieur and star of the previous video.

Continuing the video's theme of the importance of relaxation and downtime, the lookbook follows Dos Santos as he walks around his home city of Dijon, from the streets surrounding his office to the city’s Japanese garden—his place of tranquillity.

As would be expected from the Linea Rossa collection’s blend of athletic and lifestyle influences, the lookbook captures the product in a range of contexts around Dijon, from work at Dos Santos’ desk, to cycling in the streets, to wandering through the city’s unique blend of historic and contemporary architecture.

The lookbook also grants us a closer look at the Prada Linea Rossa eyewear collection. True to the Linea Rossa line’s original blueprint, the latest silhouette’s distinctive blend of sport and casual elements culminates in the model’s classic round frame with a double metal bridge, adding a contemporary touch to classic eyewear designs.

Other practical touches include a lightweight, weather-ready rubber coating treatment to the frame, a familiar element of the Linea Rossa range expanded to its furthest extent yet. Each model is then finished with a classic Prada “Linea Rossa” logo on the arm.

Check out the video here and then shop the collection via Prada's online store.
