What We’re Saying: In April, designer Evan Belforti unveiled Reebok's newest silhouette, the Zig 3D Storm Hydro, which we quickly dubbed one of the best models to come from the brand in quite some time. Fans of the techy sneaker can look forward to new colorways releasing soon, as the Zig 3D Storm Hydro has emerged in two forthcoming makeups scheduled to launch in mid-May.

Above we see the new Reebok shoe showcased in “Alabaster” and “Black” colorways, as part of a new collaboration with Cottweiler. Each model is livened up with subtle splashes of color that complement the base, namely the orange accents on the “Alabaster” pair and lilac accents on the "Black."

The Zig 3D Storm Hydro draws heavily from early 2000s footwear, and more specifically, water shoes and football cleats, according to Belforti. A ShelterShield shroud encases the upper to provide the sneaker with a noticeably streamlined look. Below, you'll find a wavy Zig 2.0 midsole that delivers superior cushioning. The design is then made complete with speed laces that are kept secure by an adjacent toe lock system.

If you're into Reebok's new Zig 3D Storm Hydro as much as we are, you can pick up a pair when the “Alabaster” and “Black” colorways release through select stockists such as sivasdescalzo on May 14.
