Sky Ferreira debuted a new track titled “Descending” at Chicago's Pitchfork Music Festival yesterday. Fans had been waiting six years for new music when she released “Downhill Lullaby” back in March.

Both tracks are expected to feature on her forthcoming album, Masochism. The highly anticipated album is expected to drop later this year.

Ferreira performed her new song amid lateness, in-ear monitor issues, and “hellish temperatures.”

According to attendees, the singer restarted the track a few times, before reverting to her hit, “Everything Is Embarrassing.”
