For our most recent edition of Highsnobiety Visits, we took a trip to Staple headquarters for a personal tour around the space with Jeff Staple himself. What started in 1997 as a small T-shirt line handmade by Jeff has grown organically into one of the more well-known streetwear labels available today. In the process of building the brand, and definitely one of the most significant occurrences on the brand's 15+ year timeline, Nike hired Jeff in 2005 to create a special sneaker to represent New York. The Staple Pigeon was conceived and branded on the heels of a limited (and now coveted) 150 pairs of the popular Nike SB Dunk Pro. The Staple Pigeon is now a renowned symbol which reflects the gritty and reckless energy urban dwellers possess.

Inspired by street culture and design, Staple’s reach encompasses many different landscapes such as music, art and fashion. This is most evident when looking at some of Staple's most recent efforts, from his recent collaboration with Shake Shack to his ongoing 1-2-1 w/jeffstaple series. The brand's growth when it comes to design is also readily apparent - all it takes is one glance at the Fall 2014 "Flight Theory" lookbook to see how far the brand has come since Jeff's first order of 12 silk-screened T-shirts.

Take a tour through the quaint headquarters above and be sure to visit the brand's website to shop their current offerings.
