Have a look at this, a truly stunning water tower conversion located in north-western London, England, UK. This Venetian-Gothic water tower was built in 1877 by Fowler and Hill, as part of Lambeth Workhouse and Infirmary, latterly Lambeth Hospital.
The tower is 99 foot tall with 5 foot-thick walls and is crowned with a huge steel water tank. The tower was listed for £395,000 in 2008, and bought by Leigh Osbourne and Graham Voce who converted it into what you are seeing above, a spectacular luxury home.
The tower now houses four bedrooms and 360 degree views across London, with a lift shaft alongside the tower, while at the bottom is a new, modern living space nicknamed the ‘Cube’.
