adidas Originals by Alexander Wang
1 / 8

Alexander Wang is wrapping up his collaborative series with adidas Originals with a sixth collection, designed for FW19. We find the New York-based designer taking cues from underground tech while pulling inspiration from the world of disco as he continues to evolve his “Club Leisure” aesthetic.

adidas Originals points out that season six is an ode to internet hacker culture. Wang himself continues to hack fashion with the FW19 collection, experimenting with silhouettes from different sports and flipping the brand's Trefoil logo upside down. Spanning apparel, footwear, and accessories, the futuristic range still draws from streetwear codes, all while pointing to Wang's vision of empowered femininity.

Standouts from adidas Originals by Alexander Wang FW19 include the “AW Tee” and “AW Pant” featuring standout graphics applied to shiny spandex, and the retro cycling-inspired “Silver Bra” and “Silver Short” crafted from a silver-coated stretchy material. For footwear, Wang has applied bold printed graphics to the “AW Puff Trainer,” while the “AW Duffl” and “2T Duffl” duffle bags round out the collection's offerings.

The sixth and final season of adidas Originals by Alexander Wang launches December 14 at adidas Originals and Alexander Wang flagship stores, select retailers, and online at each brand's web store.
