Don't let these good looks fool you. adidas' "Shadow Olive" Samba sneaker flexes some military-level muscle.

At first glance, it looks like a normal, nice-looking green take on the classic adidas soccer shoe, smoothed out with stylish materials.

But the latest Samba actually offers a bit more.

This particular pair is made of Cordura, as indicated by the badge hanging from the heel. The lightweight nylon material strengthens the model, helping it withstand harsh conditions and last longer.

The same material is used to make tactical gear. So in a way, adidas basically made a military boot out of the Samba.

After all, the brand already turned the iconic sneaker into a snakeskin boot before.

And this isn't the brand's first time doing so. adidas has toughened up the Samba as well as other terrace-style models previously with high-tech materials, creating durable yet clean versions of its shoes.

The "Shadow Olive" Samba is just another great pair for the collection.

Speaking of which, adidas' green Cordura Samba is now up for grabs on END.'s website for $125.
