The adidas Stan Smith is a classic, and it knows it.

But for those who may have forgotten, the latest release serves as a reminder. It literally looks like it came straight from the archives, featuring cracked white leather uppers and tongues.

Even when it's cracking from "age," you can still recognize the timeless sneaker design that has transcended beyond the court.

Fans can count on classic details like the minimalist Three Stripes and the photo of the famous tennis player. There's also a court graphic on the insole, reminding folks where it all started.

But again, the Stan Smith has become much more than a tennis shoe over the years. It's a Raf Simons sneaker, a thick-soled Freizeit dress shoe, and even a full-blown luxury ballet flat.

But the newest adidas Stan Smith proves nothing beats the OG, cracked leather and all.

Speaking of which, the shoes are now up for grabs on AFEW's website for 129.99 €, or around $150. They're expected to get a wider release in the coming weeks.
