After reporting on a camo print comeback no one seemed to notice – ba-dum-tss – we figured it was only fair we did the follow-up work of retrieving some of these well-disguised items, and thereby got your wardrobe up to speed on fashion's latest revival trend.

As pointed out by my colleague, military clothing's long been in an inspiration for regular daywear, and the camo print, in particular, can be found on anything from $40.000 bomber jackets, over an abundance of eclectic vintage finds, to Pharrell's Louis Vuitton debut.

Be it a thrift store bin steal or a big buck luxury reinterpretation, the camo print comeback has befallen us from all ends of the price and aesthetics spectra, and blends in with just about anything – as well it should. Contrary to camouflage's actual purpose though, the pieces below will do everything but help you disappear into the background.

Both the original camouflage pattern and this year's camo print comeback can take various shapes. Here, the designer arranged an orderly, more whimsical motif of color-coordinated florals.

In another, slightly subverted take on the camo print, Richardson made these half animal print, half camouflage slacks in shades of gray.

These Valentino kicks expertly apply the concept of camouflage. Because not only doe they incorporate the beloved camo print – they also look like a reverse-dupe of adidas' far cheaper, highly coveted SL72.
