Puffer season is here. NOCTA just said so. 

Just in time for the winter, Drake’s NOCTA puffer is making a comeback. It's no secret that Drake has warm weather on lock, (“Summer Sixteen” hive, we here!) but now he's taking over the cold, too — fashion-wise, at least. 

In a delightful shade of pink, the quilted coat is lushly segmented and accented with an imprinted Swoosh across the back. It’s also down-filled, so it will actually stand up to sub-zero temps. For the pink-averse, the puffer will also be available in  chrome gray, as well. 

The release marks the jacket's first re-release since its initial drop back in 2020. Originally rendered in bright yellow, the puffer made its debut in the "Laugh Now, Cry Later," music video. (I still remember seeing it and thinking, "Wow, Drake does clothes now?").

Now in pink, the puffer is a perfect match for Drake's Certified Lover Boy era, which blessed us with heart-shaped haircuts and bubblegum bomber jackets. What a time.

Present day, though, Champagne Papi's style is much more dad-coded with a heavy sprinkle of sporty spiciness. 

No matter which aesthetic Drake is currently rocking, we can always trust him to incorporate a healthy mix of NOCTA's hottest offerings into the mix. Personally, I can't wait to see this mega-puffy coat make its first cameo on Champagne Papi’s Insta.

Dropping just in time for Christmas and, perhaps more fittingly, Valentine's Day (did I mention it's pink?), the jacket  will be available on November 27 for $400.

The undisputed king of reminiscing, Drake knows how to use his archive to spark innovation. That's what makes this pink rendition of the NOCTA puffer so on-brand. Nostalgia is deeply embedded in everything Drake does that this puffer almost makes it feel like it's 2020 all over again.Oy vey.
