Earlier this week, we reported that Eminem wants to battle DMX hit-for-hit on Instagram Live. Well, Fat Joe thinks that would be a bad idea – for DMX.

In a recent episode of Drink Champs, Fat Joe joined N.O.R.E and DJ EFN and fellow New York MCs Jadakiss, Lenny S, and Styles P to discuss the rumored battle.

“I don’t know who wanna battle Eminem," Fat Joe said flatly. "Nobody can fuck with Eminem. Nobody." N.O.R.E countered, arguing that DMX and Em "have the same crowd," but Fat Joe still wasn't convinced.

"DMX? Nah. He got biggest hits in the world. One of the greatest rappers of all time. Legendary. Iconic. Superhero and everything I’m saying is understating him. He’s bigger than that. But there is something about that white boy and his fans... Nah bro."

Fat Joe explained that in any battle Em would be the clear winner because of his dedicated fan base. "Eminem was hot when we came out. His fans from day one are all 40-45 years old. These white people teach their kids that are 10 years old ‘Eminem is the greatest.’ And when you go in Airport, 10 years old playing his shit like 45-year-olds. Like the song just came out. It’s big difference with this white boy. This generation keep teaching their kids that he’s the man. They teach that ‘Christopher Colombus discovered America and Eminem is the greatest’.”
