Artsy has just released a list of the top 10 most Instagrammed artworks at Art Basel Miami Beach. The magazine analyzed 74,760 Instagram posts from the event and ran them through an artificial intelligence system to find out whose work was most ’grammable.
Unsurprisingly, KAWS' collaboration with the design duo Fernando and Humberto Campana clinched the top spot. Shown at Design Miami, the collaboration featured limited edition Campana-designed chairs and sofas made of between 75 and 120 KAWS stuffed toys.
The rest of the list includes a Jeff Koons sculpture, a David Shrigley neon sign that reads "LARGE FANCY ROOM FILLED WITH CRAP,” Keith Haring's "Silence = Death (1988)" pink triangle, and Miya Ando's transformation of the Versailles Hotel.
