Two months after the tragic passing of Mac Miller, a toxicology report confirming the cause of his death has finally been revealed. Based on the report from the L.A. County Coroner's Office that was obtained by TMZ, the 26-year-old suffered from an accidental drug overdose by mixing fentanyl, cocaine, and alcohol in his system.

Last week, a benefit concert was held in Los Angeles to honor the late rapper and raise funds for the newly launched Mac Miller Circles Fund (MMCF).
