At first glance, Nike's latest Air Force 1 Lows look to be another clean addition to the rotation. But there's more to these pairs, actually.

(whispers) They're actually quite tough.

How? Nike has woven Cordura into the upper of the Air Force 1. The lightweight material adds extra strength to the shoe, thus preventing rips and tears. This also helps extend the life of the already classic sneaker in general.

The clean Nike sneaker also features buttery leather panels, along with signature details such as the chunky Air-infused soles and generous Nike Air branding. The results are an Air Force 1 that is as crisp as it is durable.

What's more, Nike offers this toughened classic in some pretty sharp colorways, including "Summit White" and Dark Obsidian." Both are now available on Nike Singapore's website for S$199 (roughly $154).

It's been the year of the hardy Air Force 1, with Nike releasing several rugged iterations, including pairs featuring GORE-TEX.

Nike has even dropped Forces featuring both the waterproof tech and Vibram, for the folks looking for the ultimate winterized tank, of course.
