Model: Air Jordan 4 “Cool Grey”
Key Features: The sneaker’s upper is constructed almost entirely of cool grey-colored nubuck, with black detailing on the lace cage, heel, lining, and midsole. The Jumpman logo is on the heel, as well as on the tongue tag. A white midsole provides contrast.
Release Date: August 1
Buy: Nike, as well as retailers (see list below)
Editor’s Notes: The Nike Air Jordan 4 “Cool Grey” (a color scheme Nike has used on multiple other Jordan models) will be retro-ed for the first time since 2004 as part of the silhouette’s 30th anniversary celebrations. Jordan Brand officially announced the upcoming release in mid July and claims the sneaker will arrive with “upgraded materials throughout.” Interestingly, the Swoosh has opted to go with a Jumpman logo on the heel instead of Nike Air, which has been a mainstay on recent retro AJ4 releases.
