Nike’s Elegant Air Max Dress Shoe Goes Sugar-Sweet
The Nike Air Max Dolce is back, better, and bubblegum-flavored.
Continuing its comeback, the Air Max Dolce lands in "Light Magenta," resulting in this bubblegum pink take on the dressy model.
But besides the outfit, nothing else has changed. It's still the same sophisticated model with the stamina of Nike's most classic running shoes. It keeps signature details like the techy caged uppers and Air unit in the heel.
It's just sweet as a candy now.
We can thank COMME des GARÇONS HOMME for basically helping revive the Air Max Dolce with its own collaborative versions, which released during the spring. The sub-label removed the shoe's cage and covered it in patent leather, letting its formal side really shine.
"Light Magenta" is one of two starter in-line colorways for the model's revival era. Nike has also introduced a "Metallic Silver" option for those looking for something a little more luxe.
It's unclear how much longer the dressy sneaker craze will grip the shoe game. Regardless, the Air Max Dolce sneaker is just getting started.
As we speak, the "Light Magenta" pairs are now available on Nike's website for $170. A few sizes are already sold out, but there's still plenty of Air Max dress shoes to go around.
