The M2K Tekno, Nike's latest dad sneaker, sold out in a matter of hours. If you missed the re-release on May 5, don't worry. As always, you can count on us here at Highsnobiety to save you all the hassle, and guide you through the many alternatives out there.

This time, we've rounded up some of our favorite sneakers that will fill in that M2K Tekno-shaped void. Our selection includes sneakers from New Balance, FILA, Nike, and Skechers. They're not the M2K Tekno, but they'll do the trick until the next drop on July 1.

The New Balance 624, with the all-white leather upper, chunky midsole and perforated details, greatly resembles the Nike M2K Tekno. Meanwhile, the Disruptor II from FILA has some serious throwback vibes, thanks to the lugged rubber sole and chunky construction. Another great sneaker from Nike is the Air Monarch IV – this one might be the closest thing to the M2K Tekno right now, and probably the ultimate dad sneaker. If you're low on cash, then your best bet would be the Skechers Premiums – at just $40 USD, these all-white sneakers are the cheapest alternative to the M2K Tekno. If you love the M2K Tekno shape, but you're not into all-white sneakers, then these black Skechers D'Lites are the best alternative.
