Nike’s Dadcore Sneaker Wears Good Workwear "Jeans"
Nike's new "Thunder Blue" P-6000 sneaker looks as if it's wearing some seriously good workwear denim. But that's not exactly the case.
The latest Swoosh dadcore sneaker features blue Cordura material that looks like denim from afar, but it's actually a nylon-like fabric. Cordura is often used in workwear and army uniforms because of its trusted durability and abrasion resistance.
So it ain't denim, but these P-6000s definitely came fitted as swaggy Cordura workwear.
Nike's best-looking P-6000s have been the Cordura versions, honestly. It's not just because they're genuinely tougher, but the colorways hit way harder than the normal releases. This is the first Cordura P-6000 sneaker in a while, and it certainly didn't disappoint.
It won't be lonely, that's for sure. Nike has released Cordura Zoom Vomero 5 and Air Max Moto 2K sneakers in its absence. Sounds like it's time to bring those hardy C1TY sneakers back next.
For now, we're tuned into the P-6000's latest Cordura remix. The "Thunder Blue" sneakers are now available on Snipes France's website for 129.99 € (around $145).
