Screenshots posted to popular sneaker Facebook group Sneaker Myth apparently show sneaker retailer OFFSPRING denying raffle winners the chance to buy the OFF–WHITE x Nike Air VaporMax because they have been found to be reselling their pairs.

The screenshots (below) depict @offspringhq replying to comments that are blatantly trying to resell their pair before pickup.

While one user commented outright that he has a pair for sale, another user was first contacted that he had won, before OFFSPRING commented again that the offer had been revoked – presumably because he had been caught reselling through another platform.

Not all stores do this, which can sometimes lead to rampant reselling in the comments of the store’s very own Instagram post. OFFSPRING looks to be leading by example here, if the screenshots are to be believed.

What are you thoughts on the subject? Should stores do more to combat reselling? Can they? Let us know in the comments.
