Per usual, Elon Musk has been one busy man. Following the recent launch of SpaceX’s Los Angeles Falcon 9, which left many dumbfounded, the entrepreneur took to Twitter just yesterday to get some feedback on ways Tesla could improve. The immediate cry was for an electric pickup truck, to which Musk promises is on the way after Model Y.

As you can see, the core design and engineering elements have been in mind for years, and he is admittedly dying to build the vehicle.

As Autoblog points out, the engineer/inventor teased a Tesla pickup back in November when unveiling the company's electric semi-truck. The rendering in turn highlighted a bed big enough to haul a Ford F-150 SuperCrew. Now, musk is saying that the Tesla pickup truck could be slightly larger than an F-150.
