Editor’s Notes: Virgil Abloh has admitted to Vogue that he was "a little bit naive" when he predicted to Dazed that streetwear was "definitely gonna die."

The now-infamous remark related to his newly unveiled LV² collaborative capsule with Nigo (Abloh says the name relates to his LV work with Nigo specifically) which he shared with Vogue today. Rather than its demise, Abloh was alluding to the regenerative capacity of streetwear, and how it is "dying and coming back, and dying and coming back." He noted that Nigo's many and varied careers in streetwear were a prime example of this. He continued that “new things like tailoring from guys like Nigo and me will be born from the regeneration of it.”

Their partnership was first announced last December, and the lookbook has officially been unveiled today. Check it out above.
