Now in its fourth year running, 520M returns to ISPO Munich for its 2025 edition—bringing fresh energy, sharper ideas, and the kind of forward-thinking conversations that live where style, culture, and the outdoors collide.

Born from an ongoing collaboration between Highsnobiety and ISPO, the world’s leading sports and outdoor trade fair, 520M has always existed at the intersection—here, boundaries blur, creative communities gather, and new ways of thinking start to take shape.

This year, the focus lands on the urban outdoors. The space expands beyond just making a city city escape, intending to redefine what nature means within our urban lives. Through panels, workshops, and open Q&As with some of the most forward voices in the scene, 520M 2025 unpacks our growing need to reconnect with the natural world, even as we live our lives surrounded by screens, schedules, and skylines.

At its core, the concept explores the tension between our instinct to get outside and the realities that keep us in. But there is also an important emphasis on adaptation and reimagining the city as the new wilderness, all while finding community, creativity, and connection in the spaces we already occupy.

ISPO, ISPO

This year’s edition will also feature a curated selection of brands embodying this intersection of innovation, style, and outdoor culture. In a dedicated show space, Merrell will shine a spotlight on its present-day products and the pioneering materials behind them, offering up a vision of not only what’s new in the world of tech-first footwear, but also what’s next. Bodiseng joins the 520M family too, along with other major names from across the outdoor and technical spectrum, such as Icebreaker, On, Peak Performance, Keen, Karma8a, Dolomite, Campagnolo, Manors Golf and Alpine Standards. Together, we’re opening up the floor to the people who are pushing culture, creativity and tech-first product design forward.

With multibrand spaces curated by Dryll, ROA, Canyon and Napapijiri, this year’s 520M also makes the case for a communal approach to progress, focusing on the ongoing dialogue between brands that keeps the conversation going.

From functional fashion and future-facing design to the ways IRL community can shift perspectives and reshape our environments, 520M is all about redefining the collective culture of the outdoors—proving that nature doesn’t have to be somewhere else. It’s already here.
