After releasing a pair of camouflage sunglasses earlier in the year, BAPE is back with a new eyewear launch this month, this time alongside Germany's ic! berlin. ic! berlin has worked on two BAPE frames, the Bathing Ape IBA 005 and 006.
The 005 model stands out due to its camouflage lenses, while the majority of the frame is done up in black acetate. The arms also feature a camo pattern, and the nose pads boast a gold finish. Next, the Bathing Ape IBA 006 also notes a black acetate frame, with clear camouflage lenses and camo arms. The nose pads for this pair are also gold.
ic! berlin's Bathing Ape IBA 005 glasses are limited to 195 pieces, retailing for approximately $875, while the Bathing Ape IBA 006, in 213 pieces, costs roughly $800.
You can look forward to the collaborative BAPE glasses releasing exclusively in ic! berlin this Saturday, April 20. They will then be available at select retailers in Europe at a later date.
