Timberland

Brand: BAPE x Timberland

Buy: Online and in-store at Timberland, as well as at select BAPE stockists on August 21

Editor's Notes: Following collaborations with Havianas, Coach, ASICS, and of course, Highsnobiety, BAPE is teaming up with Timberland for Fall/Winter 2021. BAPE's Japanese streetwear heritage is matched with Timberland's craftsmanship and comes together to reinterpret two classic silhouettes.

Both iterations are crafted using Timberland's "Better Leather," sourced from tanneries that are independently audited and rated by the Leather Working Group for responsible water, energy, and waste management practices. Other materials include its ReBOTL™ fabric, made from 50% recycled plastic, and its Primaloft® insulation made from 55% recycled post-consumer materials

The Premium Waterproof Chukka Boot sees BAPE's signature camouflage print all-over, and incorporates the footwear label's recognizable "Wheat" color. The tongue is finished off with co-branded patches, and the lateral boasts BAPE's BAPE STA logo in dark brown leather. The perfect marriage of functionality and streetwear, the collaborative take on the iconic boot is timeless with a twist.

For the 3-Eye Lug Handsewn Shoes, the same pattern and print are incorporated, but features green lacing throughout the boat-inspired silhouette, adding a unique pop of color that contrasts the earthy tones

The BAPE x Timberland collaboration is set to release August 21, both online as well as at Timberland stores, and at select BAPE stockists.
