Socks can make a 'fit. While the trend of rolling trousers and jeans up a few inches is still going strong, there's no reason you can't stunt a decent sock more subtly in longer cuts. The fact is, you can no longer get away with ignoring this part of your wardrobe.

For the SS18 season, the label references its traditional sock-making past and reinterprets it through the lens of bold 2018 color. Its classic Argyle design reworked in neon green for the Neon Clyde (above) sums up their season, while socks with bold exotic prints sit alongside a variety of designs dripping in vivid colorways and paternation.
Key design elements in the SS18 men's collection include ringlets and ribs on basketball length socks for a casual, slightly lived-in look as seen with the combed cotton Lobster sock that finished with a neon lemon on the left sock, while Burlington's logo is placed on the heel.
There's modern reinterpretations of classic check patternation, as seen in the optically playful Checks Illusion design with contrasting toes and heel; the Cadogan; the British seaside-inspired blue striped Blackpool sock; and the Painted Check.
The Neon Clyde and the Neon King (worn with Nike's Air Span II, above) reworks Burlington's iconic and historic Argyle check in hyper modern colorations while the brand's signature logo clip appears on the leg.
Studs and eyelets juxtapose with bold colorways for a contrasted metallic look with the understated Lord design (available in block pink, green, yellow, or blue, worn in pink with the adidas Twinstrike ADV, above).
Finally, the exotic tropical and coastal images played out in the 360 designs of the Wave, Tropical, and the Hawaii print socks round out Burlington's collection.
