Crocs has made plenty of clogs, but few feel quite as ready for fall as this one.

The Crafted Pony Hair Clog takes the familiar shape we all know and gives it a seasonal makeover, swapping the usual no-fuss finish for a fuzzy upper in rich shades of, you guessed it, brown.

And honestly, it works ridiculously well. The Espresso colorway has all the warmth of a freshly brewed coffee, with a hairy, tactile finish that makes the classic Crocs silhouette feel considerably more dressed up. It’s practically begging for oversized knitwear and a questionable number of pumpkin-spiced flavored drinks.

The beauty of the clog is that it doesn’t sacrifice what made the original so good in the first place. The lightweight Croslite sole is still there, as is the adjustable “sport mode” backstrap, so all that fall styling comes without losing the easygoing appeal Crocs has built its reputation on.

There’s something particularly satisfying about seeing such a great shoe get a completely different personality just by switching up the materials. No need to mess with a good thing when a little pony hair can do this much heavy lifting.

Basically, if fall were a shoe, this Crocs clog would be a pretty convincing contender.
