In Leather, Crocs' Wallabee-Coded Sneaker Is More Dapper Than Ever
Crocs' Wallabee-flavored Gallery Shoe is back, better, and dressed in all-leather.
When we met the Gallery in 2025, it presented a suave suede look. Today, the brand introduces a slicker version of the dressy, thick-soled sneaker, featuring real leather across the upper.
Besides the new leather 'fit, the Gallery keeps its signature dressy utilitarian construction. Indeed, it still has its formal-ish upper, which makes it look like a Clarks Wallabee gone Crocs mode. It also keeps those ultra-chunky rubber soles, which give it that rugged charm.
For the leather versions, Crocs has also added metal hiking-style eyelets, which bring a bit more outdoorsy flair without throwing off the balance of formal and function.
Crocs' Gallery arrived at the perfect time last year, as dress-sneaker hybrids like the New Balance 1906 loafer and Nike Air Max Phenomena started to take off. Now, a year later, formal-flavored sneakers are still holding strong, and Crocs has a new leather shoe for this niche audience to enjoy.
Speaking of which, the leather Gallery Shoe is slated to drop in black on Crocs' website on October 22 for $110.
