adidas' next Tokyo sneaker looks like a collaboration with a local coffee shop.

But it's actually a team-up with emmi, the Japanese brand known for its quietly good takes on adidas' classic flat sneakers, like the Gazelle Lo Pro and Gazelle Indoor. Now, it's taking the slimmed-out Tokyo for a barista-level spin.

emmi's adidas Tokyo sneaker follows a simple, albeit sumptuous, design. It lands with all-brown suede uppers and cream-white leather interiors. And that's all, folks.

It still has its thin soles and general retro runner-shoe personality, but it's even tastier in its espresso-flavored emmi outfit.

The Tokyo Mary Jane may have stolen the show this summer, but the classic laced-up Tokyo sneaker is coming for the fall rotations. We've seen the model in a nice brown-leather Miu Miu-coded look recently. Now, emmi's delivering the perfect autumnal Tokyo sneaker.

For those looking to cop the delicious pair, it's slated to drop on September 17 on emmi's website for ¥14,300, or around $93.
