Double Tap to Zoom

A decade on from his meteoric rise, Jay Electronica has finally delivered his debut album, A Written Testimony, and fans are losing it.

Electronica's first full-length album dropped a little earlier than expected. On February 7, he took to Twitter to announce that the album would be dropping in 40 days, meaning a March 18 drop — but it arrived last night, March 12, instead.

Listen to the full album below, featuring contributions from JAY-ZTravis Scott, and The-Dream.

Two days ago producer Young Guru posted a shot of Jay Electronica, JAY-Z, and Lawrence "Law" Parker together in the studio, fuelling speculation of the imminent drop. Then yesterday, TIDAL surprisingly revealed the tracklist and cover art for A Written Testimony, and hosted listening parties in New York, New Orleans, and Los Angeles.

Now everyone has had a chance to listen. Scroll down to see how fans are responding.

Public service announcement.... JAY-Z
