Nike’s Air Jordan Sneaker Looks Good in a “Chanel” Cardigan
The Air Jordan 1 Low has gone Chanel (again). This time, however, the 41-year-old sneaker has slipped into a Chanel-flavored cardigan.
Nike's newest Jordan 1 sneaker features bouclé touches on the heel and collar, with crisp leather and equally clean stitching elsewhere. It's splashed with white, light blue, and burgundy.
The result is an admittedly luxe Air Jordan sneaker with Chanel-level swag.
Again, it wouldn't be the first time this year. Nike already introduced an Air Jordan 1 Low with quilted leather, which looks like a Chanel bag for your feet.
Not to mention the Chanel-coded Air Force 1 Low sneakers, which came after Vans' sold-out sneakers inspired by the iconic messenger bag.
Chanel has collaborated with Pharrell Williams and adidas, as well as Reebok, in the past, though they were super exclusive. And even though brands love the luxury label, it's unknown whether we'll get another Chanel sneaker collab anytime soon. But never say never.
In the meantime, Nike has Chanel-ish Jordans for the world to enjoy. The Air Jordan 1 "Bouclé" sneakers are expected to drop soon on Nike's website.
