Capcom today announces the impending release of a new installment in the Mega Man universe with Mega Man 11. The title will act as a followup to 2010’s Mega Man 10.

Unlike its retro-style predecessor, Mega Man 11 has ditched the 8-bit graphics, now opting for 3D characters on a 2D stage. Courtesy of the above trailer, we get a look at the evolution of Mega Man, as well as what to expect from the upcoming game.

Mega Man 11 is due out in late 2018 for PS4, PC, Xbox and Switch, while also worthy of note, Mega Man Legacy Collections 1 and 2 are slated to arrive for Switch very soon.
