If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Unless, of course, we're talking about turning a classic Air Force 1 into a textile masterpiece, then by all means. And Nike is doing just that, making its cleanest sneaker ever even crispier.

Go ahead, suspend your disbelief. The classic AF1 just got a textural upgrade that has launched the famously simplistic sneaker to a multi-material dimension. Literally.

This multi-textural AF1 is a gorgeous blend of five different materials, including a pebbled leather toe, a woven upper, perforated side paneling and a super sick crocodile heel.

A tonal marvel, this upgraded “White Multi Prints” AF1 is a symphony of textures that utilize AF1's minimalist motif while offering just enough textural variation to make them a worthy cop, regardless of how many pairs of classic AF1 sneakers you already have in your collection. (I’m not here to judge.)

This is not the first time Nike has given the all-white AF1 sneaker a structural upgrade.

Nike's 40th Anniversary Air Force 1 boasts a pebbled exterior with paneling down the center, and some stitching looped around the swoop.

However, the “White Multi Prints” AF1 is undoubtedly the most layered textural iteration of the Air Force 1 sneaker.

These material enhancements, while a deviation from the classic AF1, fortify the classic sneaker's pole position as the most iconic sneaker of all time.

A sneaker so legendary it can be reimagined without forgoing that crispy white colorway? That's star power, baby.
