The Nike Gato looks good on a normal day. But today, it's dressing better than ever in denim.

That's right. Nike has put a denim suit on the skate-flavored indoor soccer shoe, sewing crisp blue denim onto its slim uppers. At the same time, brown stitching helps to preserve the signature ripples and sporty lines, just in a more fashion-y way.

Dare we say, this is the best-looking Gato yet.

Granted, Nike has introduced many stylish options since reviving the model in 2025. It's appeared in shiny metallic colorways, plus a few impressive textural moments. But who knew it would look this good in denim?

Nike did.

After all, the brand is quite literally the king of denim sneakers right now. It has reimagined several models in the material, including Air Jordan sneakers and even Nike Air Max sandals.

What's more, its efforts are quite colorful. Nike has done the classic blue as well as black denim sneakers and pink denim options.

The great thing about the Nike Gato? It's actually double the denim fun, meaning there's more than one denim version. In addition to the "Thunder Blue" scheme pictured above, Nike also designed a "Light Armory Blue" pair. Both are now available on Nike's website for $125.
