The first preview for Slender Man's theatrical debut was released back in January, and now, courtesy of Sony Pictures, we have another look at what the Sylvain White-directed horror has in store.

The new trailer focuses on the disappearance of Katie Jensen, an incident which her friends suspect Slender Man may be behind. As they rally together to find her, the trio unintentionally summons the hellish figure's presence with seemingly disastrous consequences. As the trailer notes, "once you see him, you can't unsee him."

The film stars Joey King, Julia Goldani Telles, Jaz Sinclair, Annalise Basso and Taylor Richardson, alongside Javier Botet as the eponymous monster.

Those wanting to watch in theaters won't have long to wait as the picture releases August 10.

In case you missed it, check out M. Night Shyamalan's action-filled trailer for 'Glass.'
